Our Favourite Things 2024
It seems it’s been awhile since we’ve been on the blog! We recently went through the store and each picked out some of our favourite items that are currently available. Take a look and let us know what you think!
Katlynn: “I like all these items because they feel very soft and organic. They are not heavy or overwhelming. And I like that there are no super bold colours, because that’s just not my thing. And the candle just smells amazing. I like a good organic look.”

Julie: “You can find most of these things in my own home and I love them! It makes me happy to have quality pieces that I feel will stay “my style” for a long time. Things that add texture and homey vibes to the overall look without being too wild, too colourful or busy. I love great faux plants because I have allergies but still like to see greenery in my home. I love art and Leah Henderson just delivered such a beautiful piece to add to any kitchen. I love books and have found Live Beautiful to be highly inspirational and design-challenging to me. This year I have been drawn more to rounded shapes, scallops, softer textures, handmade items. As always, I like a touch of weird, which the paper mache bowl gives me.”

Jess: “I instinctively chose items that have a feeling, or create a feeling in me. I really like textured items, things that bring a coziness into a room, and items that feel refreshing, like our faux plants. I also have found myself leaning towards rich browns and warmer tones, alongside the whites and the blacks that I will never tire of. I really love finding pretty items that are highly functional, like the ruffle tea towel and the sunrise hook. Both bring an element of beauty to function.
